Dr. Christina hails from Calgary, Canada. She had a sports heavy upbringing in Canada, so she naturally pursued and received a Bachelor of Physical Education at the University of Calgary. Dr. Christina hails from Calgary, Canada. She had a sports heavy upbringing in Canada, so she naturally pursued and received a Bachelor of Physical Education at the University of Calgary. After many years of work and travel she settled in The Netherlands with her Dutch husband, Eugène, to raise their two children. On her travels, she had spent a year in Ireland and loved it and when a opportunity arose to come back to Ireland, they jumped at it.
Furthering her study into the human system, health, it’s integrity, and healing, she then pursued and received her Chiropractic education in the UK at The McTimoney College of Chiropractic. The McTimoney ‘way’ was a beautiful base for her to then branch out and learn other chiropractic techniques and tools to further serve her patients. This including: Biogeometric Integration (BGI), Syntropy Chiropractic Training, Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT) and more recently Craniosacral therapy.
Presently, she is a member of The McTimoney Chiropractic Association Ireland (MCAI) and The General Chiropractic Council (GCC) of the UK. Previously, she is been a member of The International Chiropractic Association (ICA) and The Dutch Chiropractic Association (DCF).
In her free time, Dr. Christina is learning to golf, practices yoga, plays cards, backgammon or simply goes for a walk-which she encourages all to do.
Dr. Christina is excited to be tucked into this corner of Ireland and would love to help you and your loved ones unto a new path or continued path of wellness.

Spring in my stride
I’ve just stepped out with a spring in my stride, from having my regular adjustment with Chrissy and just had to write to say how terrific I feel. Having recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis, she was respectful, understanding and very thorough, taking time to work throughout my body with care. She also did some Craniosacral work on me which was quite different to what l’m used to. It was both incredibly powerful and relaxing, making my head and neck feel stretched and released and a good deal lighter too. I’m certainly booked in for the future care of my bones and their welfare with Duborg Chiropractic.

Sleep better and having more energy
I am very satisfied with the adjustment by Christina. For years I have suffered from tension and pain in my neck/jaw/shoulders and I often sleep poorly. After the first adjustment I immediately felt a difference. I haven't had so little trouble in years, I sleep a lot better and have a lot more energy.

Results

Highly recommended!
Very good and pleasant experience. I have a job where I sit a lot and also have 2.5 hours of travel time in the car per day. In addition to personal stress, you can say that my body does not get optimal exercise. Thanks to Christina I feel relief in my entire back, neck and legs! She discusses everything with you and is incredibly professional! It's not cheap, I have to admit, but I'm certainly willing to pay for it! I have now had about 4 appointments (of which more will certainly follow if it is up to me) and feel incredible relief! I went to physio for a while for this, but that didn't help me as much as it did here! So if you have any problems, highly recommended! And after the first appointment, you will leave feeling reborn within 15 minutes!

Being able to run again
My back was terrible and I couldn't take walks anymore. But Chrissy has made me feel completely new again. I can run 6 km in one go again and my neck and back problems are gone again.

Reduced medication
I have suffered from neck complaints for years. And had to have surgery on my shoulder. Then I came across Christina and it was unbelievable what she achieved. I have reduced the medication and I function better than before. I am so happy with her and I actually wish this adjustment on everyone. You have to understand that if you have something for years you are not 1,2,3 and it's off, but Christina achieves a lot. In the good sense of the word.
